Auto-syncing
Learn how to use auto-sync in Duplify to keep products and collections up to date across stores.
Auto-sync automatically updates products and collections from your source store to your destination stores. When you create, update (stock, prices, etc), or delete products or collections in the source store, the changes are reflected in the connected destination stores. This helps keep your catalog consistent and up to date.

Activate auto-sync during a new export
After you've started a new export and connected stores together, you can toggle auto-syncing on.
Steps:
In your new export, under step 2. Choose export options, go to the Products or Collections export options and ensure they are checked if you want to export them.
Under the Auto-sync column, toggle the switch on. The switch turns green when active.
Under each sync category more syncing options display.
Syncing options
When setting up auto-sync, you can customize how products and collections are copied over to your destination store.
Products
Field selection
Choose which product fields to sync by checking or unchecking available fields.
Status
Set product status in destination store: Inherit from source / Active / Draft.
Export behavior
Handle matching products by choosing: Create / Update / Ignore.
Filters
Apply filters to include only selected products.
Collections
Export behavior
Handle matching collections by choosing: Create / Update / Ignore.

Apply filters to include only selected collections.
Activate auto-sync after an export
If you’ve already completed an export without enabling auto-sync, you can turn it on later.
Steps:
On the Duplify dashboard, under Your export history, click the export you want to edit.
Under Export options, under the Auto-sync column, toggle on auto-sync for Products or Collections.
Adjust any syncing options, then save your settings.
Pause or stop auto-sync
You can also toggle off auto-sync between the source and destination store anytime.
You can turn off auto-sync at any time:
On the Duplify dashboard, under Your export history, click the export you want to edit.
Under Export options, under the Auto-sync column, toggle auto-sync off for Products or Collections.
Save your settings.
