The auto-syncing feature in Duplify offers a streamlined approach to managing your products and collections. With this feature, any creation, modification, or deletion of products or collections in your source store is automatically updated in your destination stores.
When you add new items to your inventory, update prices, modify product descriptions, or adjust stock levels, the auto-sync feature ensures that all these changes are instantly and accurately reflected in all your connected stores. This feature is designed to help you maintain a consistent and up-to-date product catalog across all your sales channels.
For new exports, the auto-sync toggle buttons appear in the Products and Collections export options:
Use the toggle buttons to activate auto-sync. The switch will turn green to indicate that auto sync is active.
After enabling auto-sync for Products, you can select which product fields to synchronize:
Use the checkboxes to toggle product fields that will be Auto-synced to your destination stores.
When active, any changes made to collections on the source store will be pushed out to the destination stores. No additional configuration is required.
You can still utilize Auto sync if you've already exported a store without the feature turned on.
From your Export History. Use the ellipsis, three dots, and choose edit:
Here, you can activate the auto-sync feature again for Products and Collections. Be sure to save the settings at the bottom.
You can also toggle off auto-sync between the source and destination store anytime.
Return to Export History, using the ellipsis (three dots), and choose Edit. Turn off using the toggle buttons and save your settings with the save button at the bottom.
When using the auto-sync feature in Duplify, synchronization only happens from the source store.
Only changes made in the source store will be pushed down to the exported stores.
Manual changes in the destination stores will not impact the source store.
